How Long You Have

We offer a thirty-day return policy, which means you have thirty days after receiving your order to request a return.

What Makes an Item Eligible

Your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. If it looks like it went through basic training, we cannot take it back.

How to Start a Return

To begin, email us at Chris@SkyPieceProductions.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Any item sent back without authorization will not be accepted. Returns must be shipped to the return address we provide. For any questions, you can always reach us at Chris@SkyPieceProductions.com

Damages or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We want the chance to make it right.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Certain items cannot be returned. This includes perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants, custom or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or style, the fastest way to exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the one you want.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return it within fourteen days for any reason and without providing a justification. As with all returns, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

When we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within ten business days. Processing times vary depending on your bank or card company.
