Shipping & Delivery

At Hidden Hare, our gear isn't just made—it’s mission-trained. Here's how we get it to you:

Processing Time

We build almost everything to order, so allow 7 to 10 business days for us to inspect, package, and dispatch your kit. During peak times like drops or holidays, things might run on a slightly slower schedule—but we’re always pushing hard to get your gear in motion.

Shipping Destinations & Duties

We can ship anywhere—domestic, APO/FPO, and international. Please note, international allies will be responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees upon delivery (we’ve trained them to expect it).

Tracking Your Mission Package

Once your order is confirmed, we’ll send you an email. When your gear drops from HQ, you’ll get another email with tracking information so you can watch it roll across enemy lines (or at least across town).
